Our Story
Rykie, Liezel and Norma's working lives were intertwined years before OpsHQ existed, across some of the Cape Winelands' best-known wine and hospitality estates, including Boschendal, Grande Provence and Laborie. Between them, they've led operations, managed executives' lives, and created guest experiences that people remember, often within the very same businesses, at the very same time.
Along the way, what started as respect for each other's very different strengths grew into a genuine friendship that has lasted well beyond any one job. Rykie brings the bigger picture and senior direction. Liezel brings the practical, no-fuss follow-through that keeps the everyday running. Norma brings the warmth and hands-on attention that makes an experience feel genuinely well hosted. OpsHQ is what happens when three people who already trust each other's judgement decide to offer that combination to other businesses.
