Highlights
- Ministerial support: I managed diaries, travel, correspondence, speeches and Cabinet documentation for a Deputy Minister, coordinating offices, records and staff between Cape Town and Pretoria.
- International events: I served on the inter-ministerial logistics teams arranging accommodation for the World Conference Against Racism (2001), the African Union Summit (2002) and the World Summit on Sustainable Development (2002).
- National campaign: I was Project Coordinator for the national 16 Days of Activism campaign for No Violence Against Women and Children.
- Estate projects: I was part of a Royal Visit planning team and coordinated a Manor House building and design project.
- My own business: through DVW Wine and Beverages I build wine brands, handling strategy, sales, marketing, finance and relationships with national buyers, restaurants, hotels and corporate clients.
- Recognition: I received promotions beyond normal policy, along with merit awards, during my performance assessments.
